Q: What types of set dressing and props do you specialize in?
Prop Source carries a large selection of modern days furniture as well as antique and traditional furniture and accessories. We offer over 100 sofas, 800 rugs, and over 4000 lighting fixtures.
Q: How much do you charge?
We charge 20% of the replacement value for the first week’s rental. Second and third weeks are at ½ price...4th week is FREE
Q: How can I get a quote?
Send pictures of the items you are interested in to firstname.lastname@example.org and we can build you a quote.
Q: Is there a discount for long term rentals?
The 2nd and 3rd week of each order is 50% and the 4th week is free! We also offer discounts on long-term production rentals.
Q: How do I place something on hold?
Tag it! When you visit our shop you can find hold tags at the front. Make sure you tag your items to place them on hold for your production with pickup date and production / project name and your phone number!
Q: Do you have cleared artwork?
Prop Source has a large selection of cleared art to choose from!
Q: What is required to rent from Prop Source?
The forms required to open an account can be found on our website. We also require a current COI on fine. These forms can be emailed to email@example.com
Q: If I return my rentals early, will it be cheaper?
No. We do not prorate. All rentals are billed weekly.
Q: I’m returning my rental prop just one day late. How much will I be charged?
Things happen! We are happy to allow a grace day free of charge.
Q: Does your website have photos of every item?
No, new items are added daily. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions about our inventory.
Q: I can’t find the prop I’m looking for on your website! What do I do?
Send your request to email@example.com with any questions about our inventory.
Q: Do you have a price list?
No, but just send us photos and we can send back a quote.

Q: Do you deliver?
No, we do not deliver. All items must be picked up. Please come prepared to safely transport all items. including ropes / straps, shrink wrap, bubble wrap, and moving blankets

Q: Do you require a security deposit?
Upon credit approval, no cash deposit is required. All other required Credit Card authorization for a deposit.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check request , most major credit cards.
Q: Is there a minimum order?
Yes. The minimum order is $100.00, not including tax and shipping.
Q: Can I have the props shipped via UPS or FedEx?
Yes, contact firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange shipping.
Q: What are the other specific details regarding a prop rental?
We expect our items to be treated with respect, making sure items are wrapped properly and tied off in the truck properly.
Q: Do you have tables, chairs and other items for my party?
We do not stock normal folding or banquet tables and chairs in large quantities. You can find those next door at ATLANTA PARTY RENTALS. We do carry a very large selection of other party / event decorations and furnishing, as well as chandeliers, serving dishes, vases, and lots more.
